Chole Bhature

It can be a little tricky to cook, but once you nail it, you will keep making it again and again. Chole is extremely easy to make. Fire up the stove and cook some chickpea, that is not the hard part. The hard part is making the Bhatura. It is not the big brother of puri, you need to put in some effort it making the Bhatura. The dough needs to be perfect, it needs to be rolled out properly. Only then will it rise and you will get your Bhatura.

Samosa
